　　Job Purpose:

　　Coordinates security services through radio and telephone communications and monitors closed circuit cameras.

　　Job Duties and Responsibilities:

　　(Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time)

　　Coordinates security services by receiving and dispatching calls, monitoring alarm systems, radio activity, and officer locations and activities, dispatching units as needed, contacting surveillance, law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed, and maintaining chronological records of daily events and pass down logs for information transfer. - 40%

　　Protects casino assets by monitoring designated casino areas, parking lots, stairwells, basement, food receiving docks, team member and emergency entrances and exits, and other related areas equipped with cameras and non-gaming surveillance equipment, and reporting irregularities, crimes or unusual activity by guests and/or team members to appropriate law enforcement agencies. - 40%

　　Provides guest service by answering team member and guest inquiries regarding exclusion histories, accident reporting, vehicle services and other security-related procedures and services. - 15%

　　Provides administrative services to the Security Department by ordering office supplies, retrieving and storing information from voice logging recorders, receiving and logging incoming packages and deliveries, and monitoring controlled key access. - 5%

　　Job Specifications:

　　Education and Experience:

　　Essential:

　　High School Diploma or G.E.D.

　　3 months Dispatch Experience

　　Desirable:

　　1 year security or emergency dispatch experience

　　Law enforcement dispatch experience

　　Security Operations experience

　　POST Certification

　　Guest service experience

　　Skills and Knowledge:

　　Essential:

　　Basic understanding of security policies and procedures

　　Ability to log factual information received from radio and telephone communications

　　Ability to operate sophisticated communications and surveillance equipment

　　Ability to evaluate non-routine situations and make sound judgments

　　Ability to effectively communicate in the English language with guests and team members

　　Ability to provide verbal directives

　　Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts

　　Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

　　Ability to perform data entry assignments

　　Ability to compose written documents in the English language

　　Ability to complete forms and documents

　　Ability to maintain professionalism and composure

　　Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and assignments

　　Ability to maintain confidentiality

　　Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions

　　Ability to accept constructive criticism

　　Ability to sit for up to eight hours at a time

　　Ability to appear for work on time

　　Desirable:

　　Working knowledge of basic radio and telephone procedures

　　Proficiency Microsoft Word and Excel
