  Who You'll Work With

  Cisco Customer Experience (CX) delivers the best customer experience in the industry that accelerates success for our customers and profitable growth for Cisco and our partners. Regional CX Teams support highly technical customer engagements in all theatres across the globe and customer segments. This position will be primarily focused on the German Theater.

  What You'll Do

  Support Cisco Security technologies in a complex enterprise organization and work with our most strategic and impactful customers in support of their aggressive transformation agendas. We are "Cisco's Face to the Customer," working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a transparent contributor delivering on our commitments.

  A seasoned mix of broad security solution expertise and networking knowledge and specific area expertise, as well as excellent communication and consulting skills, has well-positioned this Cisco team making us trusted advisors capable of building solid, long-term relationships with our customers.

  You will support our customer's development of complex designs, assist with the implementation of Cisco innovative technologies, and provide optimization services to Cisco's largest and most strategic customers in Germany.

  Lead customer delivery engagements and/or provides escalation support for large-scale solutions and complex issues through deep technical expertise.

  Be able to present complex solutions/ideas across all levels of participants and work in a team environment as both a leader and an individual contributor

  Drives customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services.

  Builds customer simulations to resolve/validate complex problems and compatibility issues.

  Leads creation and dissemination of technical collateral, intellectual capital, documentation and knowledge transfer.

  Provides technical expertise and escalation support in documenting and resolving technical problems found in products and solutions.

  Coordinate technical issues and customer needs. Represent customer needs to Cisco post-sales support teams and applicable organizations. Present operational issues/activity, customer satisfaction and gap analysis to customers and internal Cisco personnel.

  Who You Are

  We need a creative problem solver who responds to customers' demands to deploy and support Cisco's newest technologies and products. You are well-positioned to become a trusted advisor, capable of building solid, long-term relationships with customers. Our CX Engineers are recognized technology gurus and Cisco will help you continuously enhance your skills and expertise to lead technology/solutions.

  You will have experience supporting, designing and implementing Cisco enterprise security technologies and should have a deep understanding of Cisco's Security solution portfolio and significant expertise with data networks

  Possess valid CCNP Security and or CCIE (preferred, other security certifications are also highly appreciated).

  You have foundational R&S skills.

  Cisco DevNet Associate or equivalent understanding of some of the following - network and software automation/ orchestration, microservices, containers, cloud, databases, open source technologies.

  Extensive technical knowledge of at least two technology domains and a level of understanding of the other technical, operational and enterprise architecture domains. Experience leading Enterprise strategy and implementation of complex security solutions.

  Be able to demonstrate your ability to lead or guide teams made up of Cisco, Customer, and Partner members in the analysis and troubleshooting of complex network issues.

  Ability to provide business development support - positioning services; assisting in scoping and determining level of effort for proposals, and statements of work.

  Ability to understand industry strategies, business challenges, and desired business outcomes and develop a technology, solutions-oriented strategy at a vertical or segment level that can deliver those outcomes.

  Collaborate with solution experts to develop and deploy secure solutions.

  In-depth knowledge of designing security solutions and implementing such

  Ability to multi-task, self-start, work in a fast-paced team environment and work independently while maintaining exceptional communication skills.

  Exceptional professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills are critical traits.

  Fluent in spoken and written German and good English language skills (Minimum level B2).
