　　2-3 years of tax return experience doing both individual and business returns.Ultra Tax Experience preferred but not requiredStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesExperience with Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesDuties
