Our Client, a Farm and Ranch Products Retailer company, is looking for an Accounting Assistant for their Brentwood, CA/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

This resource will be responsible for pulling reports, processing bills, handling data entry and data requests, uploading bills to 3rd party sites, as well as helping out team members with different projects and initiatives. They should be proficient in the Microsoft Office Technologies (Word, Teams, and Excel) and be able to work independently.

Requirements:

0-1 years of experience in the Accounting space.

Any bookkeeping experience

0-1 year of Data Entry experience

Strong attention to detail

Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Ability to process, reconcile, and analyze electronic data.

Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including advanced skills in Excel.

Ability to research, audit, and analyze.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

Experience with Systems, Applications, and Product (SAP) and Business Objects data management software, and OneSource Property Tax
