　　Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Retail and Quick-Service Operations Manager to join our team in Shenandoah National Park, Virginia. As a Retail and Quick Serve Manager, you will contribute to the efficiency and success of day-to-day operations of four retail and quick serve locations.

　　Pay

　　Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56900 - $76800 / year

　　In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. 　　Responsibilities

　　Hire, train, and develop retail team members.

　　Provide support and direction to retail and F&B supervisors on implementation and company policies.

　　Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol, sanitation, payroll, and employment

　　Adhere to company directives on physical inventory and reporting.

　　Monitor in-stock position of approved merchandise programs and inventory control at store level.

　　Ability to drive a company as needed.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience required, including the ability to train and develop a team.

　　Minimum of 5 years of retail operations experience required.

　　High school diploma or GED required.

　　Multi unit experience preferred.

　　MICROS and NetSuite experience preferred.

　　ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days required.

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

　　Valid driver's license required.

　　Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
