About Seasonal Laborer - Sports Complex - 9 Month Evenings

　　The City of Ankeny has an immediate need for individuals who are interested in helping maintain the 124 acre sports complex fields and grounds. Start date is mid-March 2022 and approximate end date is November 30, 2022.

　　9month maintenance laborer: $18.00/hour (no benefits)Hours: 2:00 - 10:30 PM, Monday - FridayRequired to work every 3rd weekend

　　PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Duties include: Setting up fields for tournaments, working softball and baseball tournaments, event clean-up, changing garbage cans, cleaning bathrooms, field maintenance, painting and chalking fields.

　　ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

　　Candidates must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions, and maintain a valid Iowa drivers' license. Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
