Plant Job Tasksinclude: (Machine Operators, Floor Attendants, Quality AssuranceTechnicians, Forklift Operators, Assistant Lead persons and SanitationTechnicians) Basic functional operation of plant machinery, such asoperating On/Off, Speed of Control, Monitoring Machine Progress, andKeeping Machine Capacity filled, etc. Basic & proficient functionaloperation of Forklifts, for those qualified and certified to performthis specific operation, including the transport, stacking & unstacking.Basic comprehension of operational data functions, taking variousmeasurements, making basic calculations and the accurate documentationof such data. Utilize, Apply, & Store supplies and materials as neededfor operational functions. Performs cleaning and sanitation of plantequipment. Assist Lead persons with directing other seasonal employeesin completing assigned job tasks as needed. Ability to follow directiongiven by Lead persons, Supervisors and Management. Ability to work at aproficient pace, be self-directed and maintain specific job assignmentsthroughout entire shift. Follow all company regulations and policies asdirected in Employee Orientation & Job Training, and complete all jobtasks with Employee Safety as #1 priority at all times.
