　　Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

　　What will I be doing?

　　- Quality inspection of labeled data on time and ensure the quality.

　　- Localize the labelling guidelines, support the guideline training, and align the guideline updates.

　　- Conduct calibration meeting with the labelling team in the appeal process: analyze different cases, record and evaluate their performance, offer solution and suggestion for the current problem to help the team improve the accuracy rate and alignment

　　- Work closely with R&D(Research and Development) and PM(Product Manager) in order to provide feedback on data quality.

　　Qualifications

　　What should I bring with me?

　　- Bachelor's degree or above

　　- 1~2 years working experience in the tech/IT industry or any relevant business exposed to search engine optimization, search labelling. Familiarity with search engines and algorithms of any social media platform would be a plus point.

　　- Proficient level of Korean and English that can be working language, overseas working/training is a plus

　　- Learn about search engines, familiar with social media platforms

　　- An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users

　　- Strong ability to learn and understand

　　- Familiar with common office software, labeling experience is preferred
