We are looking for a Sea Logistics Implementation Manager to join in our corporate office at Mexico City.

You will be responsible for managing customer-facing projects focused on transitioning new or re-engineered business opportunities into the Sea Logistics Transload product. Customers could be current/new ISC customers or Sea Logistics customers.

*Maintain a high qualityImplementation offering
-Align with Global and Regional teams to continue evolving and improvingour approach
-Control the Implementation Toolkit to maintain a consistentimplementation approach
-Align with key stakeholders from business development, programmanagement and business units to ensure deliverables and new requirements arecaptured
-Maintain an overview on all open projects, key issues and work withexecutive sponsors to clear roadblocks
*Involvement in the BusinessDevelopment process as needed
-Assist with review of RFQ regarding feasibility
-Presentations to customers on Implementation methodology and/or systemdemos
-Provide content to Marketing for implementation related sales material ifneeded
*Lead customer implementation projectsusing KN Global Customer Implementation Methodology(GCIM)
-Review scope of work with owner
-Creation of Implementation project charter
-Process analysis, mapping, and flow charting for As Is / To Be solutiondesigin
-Review technology requirements vs business processes with project team
-Create and Manage against project plan to meet deadlines and minimizerisks
-Maintain a Risk/Issues Log
-Provide Weekly project updates to all project team members and updateteam project log with current project status info
-Coordinate SOP and Technical Customer Profile
-Set-up of training for operation and customers / vendors
-Set-up of quality working procedures with Quality Management KPI tools
-Provide follow up and/or new project support to Program Mgrs and OKAM’safter the project initial go live
-Develop, Implement and Monitor initial Supply Chain Value Roadmaps withAccount Mgmt Team
