Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

　　Responsibilities:Play an active role within Climate Risk Technology teams Coordinate and manage progress based on consistent Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes leveraging Agile and SAFE methodologiesDrive project risks and issues to resolution to minimize project impact while ensuring compliance to standards and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teamsBuild and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectivesHandle release management tasks to ensure the team is compliant with CRQ documentation mandatesGather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule

　　Requirements: Ability to coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on)Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellenceSound knowledge of program management and solution deliverySignificant experience with SDLC methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SAFETechnically competent with various software programs including MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and SharePointKnowledge of Data Warehouse and data management principlesScrum Master, Agile certificationsKnowledge and experience with client Change Management processExperience crafting documents/diagrams/roadmaps that showcase the work and architecture of the team and applicationUnderstands databases
