Work Schedule: Hybrid

Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead an Agile team in delivering a Workday implementation project, including the integration of multiple systems. The role requires expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies, aligning team efforts, and driving project success in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Manage team dynamics and remove obstacles to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Support the Workday implementation team in integrating various systems into the Workday platform.

Maintain project documentation and ensure transparency through status updates and metrics reporting.

Champion Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

Strong knowledge of Workday implementation processes and system integration challenges.

Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Exceptional facilitation and team-building skills.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex IT projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.

Experience with HRIS or enterprise system implementations.

Knowledge of integration methodologies and tools.
