Join our team as an eCommerce Manager
You’ll be responsible for driving the optimisation of sales flows and maximise conversion rates through strategic analysis, A/B testing, use of Adobe Experience Manager and other digital & insights tools.
Your Responsibilities
Strategically analyse and optimise the end-to-end sales flow journey to maximise conversion
Drive optimisations through implementing A/B testing, including designing hypotheses, implementing testing, and analysing results
Use AEM to manage and update website / sales flow content
Collaborate with product, technology, data and development teams to implement sales flow enhancements based on insights
Use analytical tools to monitor digital KPIs and generate insights. Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Build and maintain dashboards using Adobe Analytics
Work closely with the marketing team to shape the online value proposition aimed at incentivising a higher mix of online sales
Support senior management and executives on presentations and ad hoc data requirements
Effectively manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders
Your experience and capability
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an eCommerce role with a track record of driving successful sales growth, including previous experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics
Proficiency In A/B testing methodologies and tools
Can easily distil complex analytics into simple themes that are appropriate for non-technical stakeholders
Strong ability to present data & insights in a simple manner to influence decision-making
Bachelor’s degree level qualification specialising in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Data Analytics or a related field
