Genesis10 is seeking a Scrum Master for a contract with our client in St. Paul, MN. 100% Remote. Key Responsibilities: Manage product backlog with the help of the team POs and Client Keep ADO boards up to date and stories tied to dependencies Update status reports on team progress against PI objectives Facilitate Scrum ceremonies in SAFe Eliminate impediments for the team, escalate when necessary Protect the team from outside demands/work not scheduled in their Iteration/increment Required Basic Qualifications: Prior experience as a Scrum Master Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices Coaching in Agile formats Previously run Scrum Ceremonies Previous work as a SM or PM on Client products, specifically DNA. Previous work as a SM or PM for Data Platform teams Key Skill(s): Good communicator, both written and verbal Well organized Attention to detail Visionary One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand Key Technology /Certification(s): None Required SAFe certified a plus ADO experience a plus Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $70.00-$75.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
