　　Seeking a passionate Scrum Master with agile process experience and a Scrum Master certification.

　　Responsibilities:

　　· Ensure that team members are well trained and understand Agile processes and that the team members know their respective roles that they have a sense of project ownership that processes are followed and that teams are self-managed

　　· Act as a mentor and teacher to smoothly onboard new employees and new team members.

　　· Host Daily Scrum or stand-up meetings last no longer than 15 minutes and give each team member the opportunity to answer these questions:

　　o What did you do yesterday?

　　o What will you do today?

　　o What is impeding your progress?

　　· Track team progress and note any obstacles and remove roadblocks that may keep the team from completing tasks

　　· Ensure that all team members including those who work remotely can attend and participate in the daily meeting

　　· Assist the product owner with the product backlog

　　· Help the product owner refine and maintain the product backlog using the information gathered from the daily stand-up meetings

　　· Assist with the product backlog by scheduling meetings going through the backlog with the PO and assist them write user stories

　　· Generate sprint metrics and ensure the overall velocity of the team is in-line with the capacity planned

　　· Provide insights on team utilization and ways to improve the efficiency

　　· Support the team and raise concerns whenever there is an ambiguity in acceptance criteria

　　· Support the organization in establishing expectations for development teams that will often have clients

　　· Ability to interact with leadership stakeholders who are going through Agile transformation

　　Qualifications:

　　· Excellent communication skills

　　· Hands-on experience as a scrum master leading a product team (Scrum Kanban etc.)

　　· Demonstrable experience in business analysis including requirements capture

　　· Demonstrable experience in writing user stories and constructing other design artifacts

　　· CSM Certification

　　· Ability to operate effectively in a customer-led team

　　· Experience in using Confluence Jira and the Microsoft Office platform

　　Must be in the US/Denver AREA This is a Hybrid Role.
