SCIT is looking for an IT Director of Supply Chain Planning to lead Prod Co Supply Chain Planning. This is a unique leadership role responsible for setting the vision and priorities for the Prod Co Supply Chain Planning function, as well as guiding the team members of 40+ to the next level of performance, skill, and leadership. This role involves collaborating with business partners on long-term strategies for transformations and setting priorities to maximize business value. In addition, the Director will work closely with the architecture team to understand long term landscape changes, drive plan for landscape simplification, technical debt reduction, and maintain a long-term skills plan to ensure continued skill growth to meet future needs. The Director will oversee the technical aspects of development and QA (Quality Assurance), oversee the worldwide team, and encourage standard Scrum processes across teams to ensure a quality result.
This position will report to the Senior IT Director of Supply Chain Planning and is responsible for the landscape, platform, and delivery of products and capabilities for Prod Co Supply Chain Planning solutions. The Director will work directly with the business partners to solidify business and technical requirements, and work with the suppliers to ensure that the platform delivers to design.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Supply Chain Planning IT vertical vision, strategy, and full execution for Prod Co.
Responsible for IT portfolio including resource planning, software, consulting, and CW budgets, and ensuring execution of IT planning programs with-in the budgets.
Collaborating with Internal Partners across E2E Transformation Management Office (TMO), Enterprise Architecture team, and external partners across system integrators, software vendors are the key
Support Corporate Planning Group (CPG), and business process re-engineering, strategy, and execution across large complex programs while supporting target architecture roadmaps.
Quickly build and maintain a trusted relationship with business partners to understand challenges and needs for an IAO approach.
Work closely with business partners to analyze and formulate the scope/objectives of the system, design and deliver capabilities to run efficient industry-standard business processes.
Support a multi-year tool and technology roadmap, anticipating needs capability requirements.
Identify metrics to ensure we are delivering innovative, high value, efficient IT services and solutions with best-in-class delivery
Manage the transition of design to execution, including the governance and user adoption required to achieve the desired business outcomes and value
Ensure high quality delivery methodology, leveraging SAFE, Agile and Scrum principals
Ensure the security of our IT assets as well as proprietary, sensitive information from external as well as internal attacks.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
10+ years of IT leadership in applications or solution delivery with strong track record of superior delivery results
5+ years relevant domain experience with two or more of Supply Chain Planning across Long Range Planning (LRP), Sales and Operations Planning (SandOP), Sales and Operations Execution (SandOE), Planning Master Data and Parameters, Direct Raw Materials Planning.
Deep functional expertise of complex semi-conductor supply chain business processes, product master data, creating strategy, and technical expertise of process and systems that support corporate strategic direction
Experience and deploying solutions using with one or more SAP, BlueYonder (formerly known as i2/JDA), E2Open or similar software platforms.
Proven track record of collaboration across multiple IT organizations, business partners and stakeholders; ability to operate in an ambiguous environment, ability to think beyond the current boundaries, question the status quo structure/functions and recommend and effect changes
Established record of success building high-performance teams, developing leaders, and driving necessary organizational change
Deep understanding of enterprise IT from business, technology, and operational perspectives, knowledgeable of ITIL, Six Sigma, Waterfall, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Experienced at management communication and presentation skills, skilled at influencing
relationships with internal business customers at executive and senior management levels.
Education- BS or equivalent in a related computer science or engineering. Advanced degree (MS or MBA, etc) a plus; relevant Industry certifications a plus.
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in the below:
Delivering business results using Agile/SCRUM/SAFe framework.
Designing and deploying solutions for Supply Chain Planning in fab-less semiconductor manufacturing
Architecting and Modeling semiconductor supply chain planning processes in BY/JDA or similar platform
Managing large enterprise planning applications and planning application teams for critical system performance across a broad set of business operations and critical business needs
High levels of successful executive collaboration with both business and technical partners across enterprise functions
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in computer science, or Software Development, or Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain or any other related field.
Exposure to BlueYonder, SAP IBP, or similar planning platforms.
Experience in architecting data hub solutions in Snowflake or SAP HANA or similar platform across Cloud technologies including Azure
Experience managing software development teams including CI/CD, containers, API management, UI/UX/React, testing automation, version control and other advanced developer tools.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $225,662.00-$361,046.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
