　　Learn and implement guidelines for services for the KSOR Refugee SupportService (RSS) Employment Program and stay apprised of relevantdevelopments and public policies.

　　Receive referrals for case management for ORR-eligible and participatein any needed case conference meetings to assure continuity of care.

　　Enroll clients in RSS Employment Program, assess client needs, createFamily Self-Sufficiency Plans (FSSPs) and Individual Employability Plans(IEPs), focusing on obtaining and retaining employment within one yearof enrollment in services.

　　With internal programs coordinate timely pre- and post-arrival servicesto ensure each client has living essentials such as housing, food,medical care, and access to transportation, and is oriented to their newenvironment.

　　Connect clients to employment, social adjustment services and vocationaltraining opportunities in partnership with the Economic Empowerment andEducation teams.

　　Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop employmentopportunity, discuss caseload, identify clients ready for job placement,and any client participation concerns.

　　Provide RSS Employment Services-related reporting in a timely manner.

　　Participate in team and partner meetings and training to assureappropriate communication and stay up to date on developments.

　　Supervise RSS Employment Specialist including daily oversight of activecaseload and delegation of work assignments. Evaluate and report thestaff performance. Cultivate a respectful, supportive, and inclusiveenvironment for team members and clients.

　　Ensure all contact with clients, referrals, and follow-up andrecord-keeping represent the highest standards.

　　Assess and monitor client progress to support their attainment ofestablished goals, address challenges, and to ensure that availableresources are utilized.

　　Detail each client interaction according to program requirements. Inputclient information in database(s) and assist with tracking and reportingas needed.

　　Ensure that programs meet all contractual and reporting requirements.

　　Ensure quality data collection across all programs; lead the productionof reports and impact data to provide insight to internal and externalpartners.

　　Other duties as assigned.
