　　Schedule: M-F 1st shift

　　Pay: $30-35/hour

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　The Protein Engineering group is seeking an experienced researcher to support our molecular biology capabilities.

　　The primary mission of the group is to design and engineer enzymes, therapeutic proteins/peptides to enable drug discovery and development.

　　This position in our molecular biology team is responsible for DNA related workflow (gene library construction and cloning, high-throughput DNA preparation, and sequencing) to support our protein directed evolution workflow.

　　Qualifications

　　Expertise in Molecular Biology Techniques (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, Cloning, mutagenesis, gel electrophoresis, bacterial transformation and culture.

　　Ability to independently design Molecular Cloning works.

　　Experience with DNA sequencing technologies (Sanger) and sequencing data analysis.

　　Strong communication and organization skills.

　　Excellent teamwork and multitasking.

　　Good documentation of experimental reports.

　　Preferred Qualifications:
