　　As a Distinguished Architect at ServiceNow, you will be a leader with a track record of architecting and incorporating Intelligence into products. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our AI initiatives to new heights, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies, including deep learning, large language models (LLMs), natural language processing and conversational assistants.

　　Collaborate with Engineering and Product: Work with engineering and product on incorporating the AI technologies into the ServiceNow roadmap. 　　To be successful in this role, you have:

　　Master’s Degree, PhD preferred with 14+ years of engineering or AI/ML experience and 8+ years of AI/ML experience. ServiceNow is a rocket ship, and you need to have the passion, drive and work ethic to create business impact with mentoring, not supervision. Proven track record of leading and contributing to innovative AI research and development projects, culminating in bringing at least multiple innovative AI products to market, demonstrating your ability to translate research into real-world applications. Demonstrated ability to drive creativity and innovation in AI projects. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in LLMs, deep learning, NLP, NLU, BERT, GPT, NLP, and related AI technologies. First principles thinking, for example you should be able to write a neural network with backpropagation in Python, Java or C++ without using existing libraries. 　　For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $237,800 - $416,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
