　　Work Days: M-F Part Time NO WEEKENDS!!! Located inside the Encinitas schools Schedule: Before School - M-F 6:30am-8:00am and/or Schedule: After School- M-Th 1:50 pm-6:00 pm Friday's 12:15-6:00 pm and Summer Camp positions NO WEEKENDS! Competitive pay - Staff Educators $19-$22 per hour Program Managers $24-$28 per hour (based on education and experience)

　　Staff must be able to work everyday afternoon M-Th 2:00 pm-6:00 pm and every Friday 12:30-6:00 pm. We are also hiring for our summer camp programs. Right At School locations are located inside the Encinitas Schools

　　Required upon employment: You will need to complete a NEW Fingerprint LIVE SCAN before the first day of employment. Other requirements will need to be completed with 30 days of employment. Our Right At School site locations are located in the Encinitas School District**

　　As an Educator, every day is different! However, typical duties will include -

　　Partnering with the Program Manager to deliver dynamic Right At School curriculum. We work together as a team to achieve our mission and promote collaboration! Building relationships and communicating with parents to provide the best child care for their children. We encourage our staff to foster those important relationships that contribute to our success. Being a role model for children by modeling positive behaviors to assist with learning. Moving around to manage the classroom and maintain safety with a positive guidance approach. Helping our programs be the best they can be! Verifying quality and compliance standards are met by organizing program materials and documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations. Being asked to kneel, run, to lift up to 25 lbs, and have a lot of fun while doing so. Regularly checking in with the Program Manager about personal and child performance metrics to ensure human growth. Our leaders care deeply about the development of students AND staff

Positive and can-do attitude Respect for and dedication to working with children with special needs High school diploma/GED preferably including or supplemented by courses in psychology, child growth and development or a closely related field License, Certificate, must pass the Encinitas Union School District Instructional Aide Proficiency Test as required by State law upon hire Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills Strong classroom management skills with the ability to use and model appropriate positive discipline REQUIRED: Ability to meet state-specific requirements; FA/LIVE Scan fingerprint, CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Cleared TB test.
