　　A job coach will accompany students to their community-based internships while guiding their vocational tasks and goals.

　　Core Functions:

　　Assist in development and coordination of work experiences that respond to an individual's vocational interests, preferences, and abilities.In collaboration with the vocational team, assist in assessing individual skills and abilities in foundation and competency level work related skills.Acclimate and orient individuals served to work site and safety protocols.Train individuals in core tasks.Develop and implement coaching strategies to expedite skill acquisition for those always served and maximize independence.Counsel individuals on appropriate work behaviors.Document services provided in compliance with agency, local, state, and federal regulations.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills:

　　1-3 years experience in field preferred.

　　Be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma.Be capable of physically assisting students with specials needs as required.Schedule- Monday - Thursday 7:50am-4:00pm Friday 7:50am-1:30pm.
