About the RoleThe selected individual will work in the Program Scheduling and Analysis (PS&A) Department within the Earned Value Management (EVM) directorate.
The candidate will work both independently and within teams, providing Program Management, Planning, Scheduling and Analysis support to GDLS programs/projects.
The candidate must be a self-starterand be able to work with minimal oversight in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role
Work proactively within the Program Scheduling and Analysis team and with GDLS program/project stakeholders to ensure that all management planning, scheduling, analysis and reporting requirements are identified and met for assigned programs.
An emphasis is placed on the creation, maintenance and status of the Integrated MasterSchedule to meet program objectives and proposal development.
Understand, respond to and enhance the cross-functional team environment (to include Finance,
Program Management, Control Account Managers and Functional Managers) to ensure an integrated approach to program planning and management.
Implement analysis to assess program performance, identify and manage risks and provide proactive management leadership to ensure program success.
Lead and support additional initiatives department is responsible for.
Other duties / projects as assigned.
Qualifications Sought* Must have a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration / Management
Must have the ability to think logically and learn new computer applications.
An understanding of the fundamentals of Project Management and Systems Engineering is preferred.
Ability to understand, prioritize, integrate, organize and communicate technical as well as financial and management issues to provide a complete picture view to support management decisions is preferred.Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential for interacting with program personnel with varying backgrounds and missions as well as facilitating process implementation and continuous process improvement.The ability to Travel and work overtime required.General Dynamic
