　　An ideal candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, both independently and on a team. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) Monday – Friday during normal business hours of 8:00AM-4:30PM.

　　Primary Job Responsibilities:

　　Work alongside the Practice Coordinator/Manager to facilitate coordination of both front (check in/out) and/or back office

　　Answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately to team members

　　Interact with a diverse patient population

　　Utilize the electronic medical record to maintain patient records via scanning or registration

　　Schedule appointments, new or follow up visits (Check-In/Check-Out)

　　Coordinate patient referrals and prior authorization for additional diagnostic testing or procedures (as needed)

　　Schedule Surgical Procedures (applicable to Surgery Depts only)

　　Education

　　High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience:

　　No experience required

　　Excellent customer service skills preferred

　　Experience using an electronic health record, working in a medical office, and Microsoft Office a plus!

　　Salary Range: $20.88/hr - $28.76/hr
