onsemi located in East Fishkill, NY is seeking a Scheduling and Dispatching Programmer

　　Summary:

　　Onsemi is looking for a candidate to perform Automated Scheduling and Dispatching controls development in support of the 300mm East Fishkill NY semiconductor FAB. The candidate will utilize the AMAT Real Time Dispatcher (RTD) and Onsemi Fab Power Ops (FPO) applications to develop rules to schedule, optimize, and dispatch product in FAB. Additionally, the candidate will provide application support and updates.

　　Successful candidates will be a self-motivated problem solver with experience in FAB controls and WIP movement. They will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment requiring strong teaming skills with programmers, engineers, managers, vendor, and production members.

　　Essential Responsibilities:

　　Develop, deploy, and configure FAB Scheduling and Dispatch Rules to support production output goals

　　Perform standard work activities to support the Scheduling and Dispatching Application Environments

　　Perform application support and maintain patches and updates

　　Perform statistical analysis and generate performance metrics

　　Perform problem determination to resolve system incidents and provide timely escalation/recovery actions

　　Collaborate with internal team to drive Continuous Improvement

　　Support the Scheduling and Dispatching instances Production and Test environments

　　Create, document, perform and evaluate results of tests for software changes.

　　Support and help create plans for the test environment

　　Maintain and create documentation to support the Scheduling and Dispatching Environment and Standard work.

　　Build relationships with internal partners, such as Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, and other FABs.
