Description

　　Summary:

　　The SBA Product Specialist-Sr is responsible for marketing a full range of banking services to Small Business Administration (SBA) loan eligible businesses with emphasis on client contact, origination and analysisIncumbents work directly with customers in providing more complex loans associated with SBA and other federal or state government loan guarantee programs. Typical loan amounts are for $25K - $3MM.Duties & Responsibilities:

　　Reviews financial statements and supporting documents and works closely with SBA district and regional offices to provide solutions to the client's loan needs

　　Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and offices to provide solutions to the client's loan needs

　　Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, agency guidelines and organization policies

　　Structures complex SBA loan proposals, completes initial analysis and prepares credit package

　　Performs other duties as assigned

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree

　　5 years of Business/Commercial lending experience

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance

　　SBA loan originating experience

　　Familiarity with Commercial loan underwriting systems

　　Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

　　Ability to multi-task

　　PC and internet proficiency
