　　Weare seeking qualified candidates for the Saw Operator opportunity to join our Williamston, Michigan team! This position is responsible for stocking, measuring, and cutting raw stock in accordance with machine specification by performing the following duties (other duties may be assigned).

　　Responsible for maintaining compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, and Company safety standards.

　　Builds or manufactures to drawing, bill of material, all items to establish production quality and quantity as scheduled. Proficient use of precision measuring equipment.

　　Responsible for maintenance/repair of installed equipment or new equipment as assigned.

　　Responsible for preventative maintenance and good housekeeping to insure good quality and continuation of safe operation.

　　Assists in other departments as temporary assignment.

　　Confers with supervisors, engineering, production personnel or others to resolve manufacturing problems. Report shortages of parts, tools, and materials in a timely manner.

　　Operates power equipment and material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.).

　　Must have personal hand tools to perform tasks effectively.

　　Ability to use computer.

　　Ability to work with metric and inch system.

　　Responsible for submitting daily time accounting and payroll information or other paperwork requested.

　　Inventories, inspects, marks, and stores raw material to assigned location.

　　Pulls, cuts, and delivers raw material according to production schedules, routings, drawings, cutting sheets, and/or bill of material.

　　QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

　　High School diploma or GED equivalent and six (6) to twelve (12) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of metal, alloys, and shapes of materials.
