Description Robert Half is looking for a Loan Processor Support Specialist on behalf of a client. As a Loan Processor, you will act as a liaison between front-facing loan officers and the underwriters who research and approve loans. The Loan Processor will be responsible to ensure the accuracy of loan applications, lending guidelines, and gather all essential documents related to each loan. If you are a loan processing professional and detail-oriented, this is the position for you!

　　Major responsibilities

　　Communicating loan and disclosure terms to clients

　　Attending to loan applications

　　Responsible for all loan conditions being met before a loan is funded

　　Keeping the processing system current

　　Work with settlement agents and clients on to coordinate funding

　　Providing updates to clients with loans in process

　　Send regulatory and/or loan disclosures to company's clients Requirements - Must have a customer service mindset and interpersonal skills

　　Strong time management and organizational skills

　　Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

　　Experience with mortgage loan software programs required

　　Manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

　　Excellent oral and written communications skills
