SAS Analyst/Programmer II (San Diego, CA) - Create new SAS programs, troubleshoot and update programs in support of design, development and implementation of technical solutions for integrating, analyzing, and reporting clinical data using SAS Base; Provide comprehensive programming support for project teams, including development of programming strategies, standards, specifications and programmed analysis using Statistical methodology/Data Analysis; Perform programming assignments across multiple projects using Statistical Collaboration to identify objectives of study, develop statistical strategy, and problem solving; Ensure quality of deliverables by applying programming standards and complying with regulatory requirements, protocols, guidance and corporate and departmental SOPs and work practices using Clinical Trials, including clinical research, study design, quality control, sample size requirements, patient consent, and interpretation of results; Provide statistical programming support to supplemental or exploratory analyses for regulatory agencies or any other internal and external ad-hoc requests using Statistical Modeling (Survival Analysis, epidemiology); Reviews key study documents, including CRFs, DMP, SAP, data specifications, to ensure alignment with development team objectives and clarity and completeness of programming assumptions and requirements using General Knowledge on Public Health and Research.
