　　Job Description #1:

　　Our Client has seen significant growth and is looking to expand its talent base. Currently they are looking for talent that could support their client onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon. They are looking for an individual to work on-site to do laptop / PC configurations and break-fix / troubleshooting and act as the Team Lead.

　　Any Lead capacity roles within someone's experience can be considered for this role. Lead Experience can come from an IT role or non-IT role.

　　This role will be for an CompTIA A+ certified PC Tech to work within the configuration center. Daily responsibilities will be, but not limited to, the following:

　　Unboxing new PC's and other devices. Performing the configuration and imaging process of all pc's received within the warehouse, provide asset tracking of all pc's, laptops, servers, VOIP phones and printers for deployment. Documentation and processing of all customers orders and specific configuration needs, process shipping and receiving for all equipment coming in and maintain high levels of customer specified SLA's.

　　Candidate must have strong technical skills in imaging and break fix for devices. Our Client is looking for someone to take high ownership of this area of business and improve its efficiencies.

　　In addition to owning the lifecycle process of the configuration center this person will be responsible for IT office management 10% of the time. Other skills that would help make someone successful in this role are: Ability to run reports within excel, experience with shipping and receiving for IT equipment, tracking inventory, Inventory control, strong experience with desktop technology.

　　Job Description #2:

　　The Break Fix IT Technician Lead is responsible for the provisioning and medium complexity configuration of various IT devices (PCs, tablets, printers, etc.) by following written work instructions and quality control documents in support of ongoing or new customer business.

　　Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Follow specific written work instructions to provision, configure, and repair IT devices and otherwise prepare the device for deployment based on customer requirements.

　　• Complex kitting of equipment based on customer requirements.

　　• Unbox, re-box and process equipment for shipping.

　　• Clean, test, and inspect IT devices.

　　• Work with immediate Supervisor or Lead to resolve high complexity technical issues encountered during IT device processing.

　　• Will be expected to resolve low to medium complexity technical issues encountered during device provisioning and configuration.

　　• Participate in internal departmental and project meetings.

　　• Offer suggestions on improving processes and efficiencies.

　　• Other duties as assigned.

　　Key Outcomes of the Position:

　　• The Break Fix IT Technician Lead will consistently follow documented processes to maintain a high degree of quality in work product and customer satisfaction. All daily work must be completed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

　　Top Skills Preferred :

　　CompTIA A+, Imaging, PC, desktop, configuration, install, hardware, drivers

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　This role will require someone coming in to be able to learn quickly within the Break/Fix team. Communication ability with this role is important. Team focused individual is a must.
