Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Testing Program Manager who will be responsible for driving complex and cross functional QA SAP projects working directly with client (onsite) or working remotely in onsite-offshore model in customer/vendor engagements. Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.

　　Responsibilities:

　　* Ideal candidate will be working on overall Test Strategy/Plan document for the S/4HANA Rollout project. The resource will be discussing with Implementation team to understand the TO-BE Flows and bridge those understanding with testing team to build the Manual End to End Test Scenarios.

　　* Create test strategy test plan define testing processes, create and maintain RTM run entry/exit gate meetings obtain sign off on testing deliverables

　　* Identify test scenarios review test cases identify test data monitor and track test execution.

　　* Implement the Risk based testing process if required for Strategic Large scale and Multi-Year projects Gather

　　* Define and validate requirements (e.g. Non Functional Requirements-Security scalability etc.) Understand the architecture and environment.

　　* Knowledge Transition-Reach out to client stakeholders and document the KT plan including the artefacts applications to be captured milestones and process to be followed Review the progress of KT coverage and resolve issues if there are any deviations.

　　* Participate in reverse KTs as required to ensure team preparedness Project Proposal and Formalization

　　* Review RFP received from internal teams the onsite team / Program Test Manager Prepare time/effort estimates.

　　* Reach out to relevant stakeholders from other accounts to source best practices solutions credentials for non-standard request.

　　* Seek review / sign-off from senior stakeholders Provide inputs on solution to BD team / vertical team based on RFP review for account specific RFPs.

　　Required Skills/Qualifications:

　　* 15+ years of experience in Software SAP QA which includes Project Management, Quality Assurance Testing processes & methodologies in Onsite/Offshore Delivery Model from both offshore and onsite locations.

　　* Strong hands on experience in SAP SD, MM, FICO Testing and experience in ECC to S/4HANA Migration testing.

　　* Experience in driving complex and cross-functional projects working directly with client (onsite) or working remotely in onsite-offshore model in customer/vendor engagements.

　　* Exposure in cross-functional SAP modules involved (P2P, O2C, R2R) flows.

　　* Should have exposure on Multi countries roll out Testing.

　　* Exposure on S4 Hana / LS Domain added advantage.

　　* Experienced in performing all types of testing - Build Verification (Smoke), Functional, Integration, Regression, Risk based testing & UAT support.

　　* Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), methodologies and test processes and Software

　　* Hands-on experience using Micro Focus ALM for test development, execution, defect management and traceability matrix

　　Preferred Skills/Qualification:

　　* QA Consulting Background

　　* SAP Certifications

　　* Experience working in life Science Industry/Vertical

　　Salary and Other Compensation:

　　The annual salary for this position is between $145,000 to $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

　　This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
