　　Position Description:

　　CGI is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Technical Lead to work closely with our clients and project team to develop the network architecture and technical solutions for a ‘Greenfield’ migration to SAP S/4 HANA from legacy or other systems. The typical candidate would have hand-on system engineering, configuration management and development experience with SAP financial systems and related platforms, tools and customized tuning/troubleshooting expertise.

　　This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to be in our Fairfax, VA office two days per week.

　　Your future duties and responsibilities:

　　• Deliver client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget.

　　• Plan the system architecture, lead a team with diverse skills with both local and offshore resources, provide status updates, log and escalate risks/issues/decisions and participate in program governance.

　　• Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are informed about progress and expected outcomes.

　　• Analyze basis requirements including functional and technical requirements by conducting sessions with clients and working with the Basis Team.

　　• Document an accurate understanding of network architecture and deliver artefacts in line with the SAP business processes.

　　• Work very closely with business decision makers and end users. Lead clients through architect solutions, concepts and diagrams.

　　• Able to make recommendations for selection of appropriate infrastructure strategy.

　　• Assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches and accelerators.

　　Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

　　• Due to the nature of the government contracts, this position requires US Citizenship.

　　• 7+ years of integration and operations experience with SAP.

　　• 5+ years of operational experience.

　　• 3+ years of experience in project management/lead architect or configuration management positions supporting implementation or operations.

　　• Responsible for technical risk and issue identification, forecast of software, hardware, and related infrastructure license needs including software installation procedures.

　　• Understanding of hosting requirements of SAP S/4HANA on AWS for demo, development, test and production environments.

　　• Provide architecture, design, development, configuration, testing and implementation expertise for cloud-based infrastructure that includes LINUX and Windows for a cloud-based enterprise financial program.

　　• Provide authoritative knowledge and experience with cloud-based architecture and associated configuration, integration, configuration management, patch, and update management, tuning, and troubleshooting of storage, load-balancing, performance and ongoing support activities.

　　• Experience facilitating cross-functional team members with complex schedules.

　　• Team lead expertise - stream planning, status reporting, managing governance, managing the team against the plan, escalating risks/issues/decisions/changes..

　　• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $137,500 - $264,600.
