　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented SAP Security/IA to join our team in the Ft. Detrick, MD area.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Design, implement, and maintain security solutions for SAP systems, including access controls, user management, and authorizations following SAP best practices and industry standards.

　　Configure and manage SAP security components such as roles, profiles, and authentication mechanisms.

　　Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans on SAP systems to identify and mitigate security risks.

　　Analyze and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing potential impact.

　　Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX) and industry best practices.

　　Monitor compliance with security policies and standards, performing audits and addressing non-compliance issues.

　　Collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams to design secure SAP system architectures, considering security controls, encryption, and network segmentation.

　　Provide guidance on secure configuration and hardening of SAP systems and components."

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

　　Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or SAP certifications in security

　　At least 3 years experience in SAP security administration and cyber security practices

　　Deep understanding of SAP systems, modules, architecture, and associated security risks.

　　Proficiency in SAP security tools (e.g., SAP GRC, SAP Security Notes) and common security tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability assessment tools, etc.

　　Strong knowledge of security standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

　　Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills."

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Relevant certifications in SAP

　　SAFe certifications such as SAFe Agilist, SAFe for teams, etc.

　　Clearance Requirements:

　　Must be a U.S. Citizen; Can obtain a Public Trust clearance; and will be subject to a Tier 3 Investigation for DoD Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility only. Candidates who have recently completed T3 investigations are a plus.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
