About Office CNA Coordinator M-F Days

  Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Office Certified Nursing Assistant CNA is responsible for accurately scheduling qualified caregivers/CNA based on all new and current clients.

  This is a combination of office work and working in client homes. Typical day will include both work environment and last minute changes to your work location (office/client home)

  Benefits: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pn 40 hour work week. Paid 9 holidays off plus 88 hours of PTO. Weekly paychecks. Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life

  Requirements: Experienced CNA, stable work history that shows longevity and consistent employment and superior work attendance record. Must have reliable transportation. We have offices in St. Cloud and Baxter, you may be reporting to either one. We do not have an office in Little Falls. You must be able to work M-F 8-430pm. You must successful in all client homes. 

  Job Duties:

  Fill is as needed in client homes for call offs or staffing shortage (which occur during office hours)

  Assist Client Case managers as needed.

  Accurately staff clients with caregivers based on location, time, skills/needs, request, etc.

  Assist with hiring and training.

  Match caregivers to clients based on personality, skill, client's scheduling needs and caregivers' availability.

  Must be successful in all client homes including clients with pets and smoking. 

  Consistently organize caregiver and client's issues (i.e. time off requests, questions, changes in schedule and/or availability concerns.

  Effectively and accurately communicate with caregivers, clients, case managers, and office staff.

  Communicate staffing needs with the team.

  Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.

  Build plans and shifts to match insurance codes.

  Monitor electronic clocking in/out and late alerts. Track attendance and illness log.

  Demonstrate professional and effective communication

  Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

  Participate in rotating phone on-call support. Phone support only. Not in person staffing.
