　　Support client system; analyze tickets entered for break/fixes and minor enhancements and work with users and/or development team members to resolve issues. Create detailed functional specification documents as needed. Clear communication required.

　　Client account has a multi-year tech foundry setup to help client with testing, development, and automation of solutions across the portfolio. Clients' Personalization Real-Time (PRE) program is key to accomplishing several key strategic objectives for cross-sell, upsell, and efficient targeting. US Cellular needs a strong and reliable partner to support Development, Testing and Managed Services on the PRE platform. Objective of the project is to provide comprehensive development & managed services support for the PRE platform and adhere to the SLAs to ensure the platform can deliver the PREprogram objectives.
