　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　This position is expected to provide business process Subject Matter Expertise for Navy ERP's SAP requirements and design. You will be designing and configuring business processes in SAP SD to create and process sales orders, including creation and processing of quotations, orders, credit memos, returns, pricing, availability check, delivery, back orders, invoices, and subsequent billing runs.

　　Plans and leads major technology assignments

　　Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success

　　Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills

　　Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments

　　Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Ten (10) or more years of SAP experience. Possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional modules

　　In depth knowledge and hands on experience in SD module functionalities especially in Order management, Order Fulfillment, Pricing, Delivery, Returns, Rebates, Backorder processing, Billing, User exits and Credit Management

　　Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP SD Order To Cash

　　Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelors Degree

　　DoD clearance required (must be clearable) must not have dual citizenship

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　5+ years Order Fulfillment experience

　　Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix

　　Federal Experience, DoD experience

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
