　　Description

　　The Johnson and Johnson, Application Service – Shanghai location, are currently seeking SAP delivery manager to join our supply chain solution team. We develop, design, and deliver high quality business applications with Agile development rooted in LEAN principles. It is an open and highly collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on continuous integration, automated testing, and continuous delivery. Scrum teams are encouraged to be self-organizing and autonomous.

　　Responsibilities :

　　As an integral part of the supply chain solution team, your role will be to lead a capacity team to design, build and test SAP functions from end to end with close collaboration with stakeholders’ cross sectors and region. This role will be located in Shanghai, China.

　　Supporting the product owner and leading development team including inhouse and vendor team to deliver on the Product Backlog.

　　Door keeper to ensure high quality for key modules’ solution architecture design and deliveries via deep industry knowledge and hands on experience

　　Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example.

　　Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

　　Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and providing metrics.

　　Supporting the Product Owner, especially with respect to refinement and integrity of the Product Backlog.

　　Qualifications

　　Requirements:

　　At least 10 years with solid understanding and hands on experience in SAP SD

　　At least 3 years’ experience with demonstrated capability of vendor management in global MNC company with high delivery quality, reliability, and velocity.

　　Good team player to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization

　　Possess an excellent understanding of Agile/Waterfall development methodologies.

　　Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

　　Excellent written and verbal English skills.

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　BSc. or master’s degree in computer science or related technical field.

　　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work effectively with teams.

　　Strong analytical skills and a demonstrable bias toward action.

　　Experience with JIRA, JIRA Agile and Confluence.
