　　Work you'll do/Responsibilities

　　Support client ECC and S/4 systems; analyze tickets entered for break/fixes and minor enhancements and work with users and/or development team members to resolve issues. Create detailed functional specification documents as needed; experience in both ECC and S/4 systems required.

　　Design, develop, and implement SAP Financial General Ledger solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.

　　Provide technical support for SAP Financials GL, ensuring optimal performance and resolving any system issues.

　　Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.

　　Lead the testing and debugging of SAP Financial GL applications to ensure quality assurance.

　　Maintain documentation of system configurations, design specifications, and training materials for the SAP Financial GL system.

　　Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

　　Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

　　Qualifications

　　Required

　　10+ years' experience in SAP ECC (Legacy ERP Central Component) and S/4 systems

　　5+ years' experience in SAP Financial GL development

　　Consulting experience

　　Proficient in SAP Financials, with a focus on the GL module.

　　Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

　　Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

　　Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.

　　Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

　　Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

　　Preferred

　　SAP Certification in Financial Accounting (FI).

　　Experience with other SAP modules like CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR.

　　Knowledge of ABAP programming and SAP NetWeaver

　　Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

　　Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

　　Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
