Position Summary

　　We are looking for a dedicated SAP S/4HANA Finance Product Costing Specialist to take ownership of our product costing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of product costing solutions within the SAP S/4HANA Finance environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient product costing, contributing to better decision-making and cost optimization.

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Under limited supervision, general direction, etc. and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, the duties and responsibilities of this position include:

　　· Design, configure, and maintain product costing processes in SAP S/4HANA Finance to ensure accurate and consistent cost calculations.

　　· Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and production teams to understand cost components, cost drivers, and factors affecting product costs.

　　· Perform cost simulations, cost estimates, and scenario analysis to support pricing decisions, budgeting, and cost reduction initiatives.

　　· Oversee and update cost component structures, including material costs, labor costs, overhead, and other relevant cost elements.

　　· Monitor and analyze cost variances and discrepancies, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.

　　· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in relation to product costing.

　　· Participate in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects, contributing to the design and deployment of product costing solutions.

　　· Provide training and support to end-users and finance teams on product costing processes, best practices, and SAP S/4HANA functionality.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.

　　Minimum of 7+ years’ experience with SAP Finance and Product Costing

　　Medical Device industry or medical field is a plus

　　Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and a strong understanding of Product Costing functionality within SAP.

　　Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.

　　In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles, methodologies, and best practices.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify cost drivers and opportunities for cost optimization.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

　　Self-motivated and capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.

　　Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.

　　Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

　　Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

　　Experience with SAP Firori.
