Position Summary

As an SAP FICO Functional Manager, you will be assisting to drive CVS Health’s finance transformation initiatives.

This position is responsible for providing support and design solutions for finance related applications and/or processes like GL, Allocations, PaPM and Inter-company. Will plan and enable applications that will meet client and business requirements.

Resource should have strong knowledge of FICO Functional areas and SAP master data, experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand business process, evaluating existing processes for streamlining opportunities or efficiencies, documentation, testing, training, providing functional details to team and working with the business to implement the change.

You will need to understand emerging technologies and proactively learn and recommend solutions. Experience with S/4 HANA is highly beneficial.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to interact and collaborate with business and IT teams including application development, testing, operations, security and compliance and project management office.

Required Qualifications

5+ years' experience in SAP FICO Skills

5+ years' experience in Accounting / Finance activities

3+ years' experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

3+ years' experience with Information Technology

Ability to lead a team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

Analytical skills

Lead and participate in configuration of the SAP solution to enable desired business processes/functionality.

Experience in GL Accounting

Experience in Financial Reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in S/4 HANA Finance implementation Support

Experience in handling supporting Month end/Year End close processes

Able to manage prioritize work as per business criticality

Ensure the adherence to all Internal/External audit and SOX IT controls

High Impact communication with senior stakeholders

Good understanding of SAP tools like SAP Cloud Analytics, Fiori, AO.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent strongly preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$83,430.00 - $206,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
