　　Requirements

　　Previous work experience as a Porter, Janitor or Custodian

　　Good physical condition, stamina and strength

　　Solid verbal communication skills to interact with cleaning staff, technicians and customers

　　High school diploma is a plus

　　Responsibilities

　　Remove debris from all areas of the property

　　Maintain common areas and keep them neat, clean and free from litter

　　Assist with make-ready duties

　　Assist with various physical tasks such as moving heavy items

　　Help with landscaping needs
