Position Description : The SAP EAM/ technical developer should have at least 5+ years of experience with MDK, including the setup and configuration of new Asset Manager environments (preferably the latest releases).
Position Duties:
Rollout SAP/S4 ERP system within manufacturing, logistics and cash management modules.
Develop an SAP ERP enterprise application landscape and portfolio that is scalable, adaptable and secure.
Create and deliver the strategic design and roadmap for telecommunications, networks, business applications, information security, and end-user computing environment.
Ensure information security and compliance with all laws and regulations (PCI, SOX etc.); ensure protection of all sensitive personnel and financial information.
Create and develop an IT transformation playbook for M&A activities to include change in control and migration plan to consolidate ERPT to SAP ERP footprint.
Designs and develops IT architecture (integrated process, applications, data, and technology) solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards.
Analyze data gathered from management and develop and implement solutions utilizing sap modules/principles in Material Management (MM), Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), Plant Maintenance (PM) and Inventory & Warehouse Management (IM/WM) modules and consult with it personnel to ensure successful functioning of systems and procedures.
Align technology vision with business strategy by enabling company processes with the appropriate technologies using business architecture principles.
Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies.
Develop a highly motivated team that supports the business strategy by providing superior project execution skills, transparent communication, and value-added advice on emerging technologies and business process best practices.
Define IT Performance metrics based on overall business objectives.
Develop and manage all aspects of IT spend, including budget, contract negotiations, managed service agreements, employee costs, etc.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Will accept combination of foreign degrees determined to be equivalent to U.S. Bachelor of Business Administration
60 months experience in post-degree progressive IT experience managing complex IT platform and architecture

IT integration for Mergers & Acquisitions
Implementation of end-to-end SAP ERP and SAP S4/HANA systems
Robotic Process Automation
Use of ADKAR-OCM management techniques
