  You Are:

  A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

  The Work:

  Support our clients as SAP Basis expert with thorough understanding of the latest SAP technology, tools, and architecture including cloud and hybrid cloud scenarios

  Identify, assesses and solves complex SAP technology problems

  Help clients define their Application Lifecycle Solutions, including SAP Solution Manager

  Assist in creating and modifying SAP landscape, infrastructure and sizing strategies, resolve problems and document issues and resolutions

  Ability to communicate technical issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions

  Manages small-medium sized teams and/or work efforts at a client

  Travel to clients offices may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 80% depending on business need and client requirements.

  Here’s What You Need:

  Minimum 2 years of SAP Basis or SAP Tech Arch experience, either cloud or on-premise

  Good understanding of SAP Solution Manager with either system monitoring or ChaRM.

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

  Bonus Points If:

  You’ve earned SAP S/4HANA Certifications

  You know SAP performance optimization

  You know SAP Archiving

  Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

  California: $73,000 to $192,600

  Colorado: $73,000 to $166,400

  New York: $67,600 to $192,600

  Washington: $77,700 to $177,200
