Description
As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure with a primary focus on Windows environments, Office 365, and Active Directory. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of systems and applications.
Responsibilities:
Windows Server Administration:
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Implement security measures to safeguard systems.
Active Directory Management:
Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and domain services.
Implement and manage security policies and procedures.
Office 365 Administration:
Administer and support Office 365 applications and services.
Configure and manage email accounts, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other O365 components.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to O365 services.
Systems Monitoring:
Utilize monitoring tools to ensure the health and performance of systems.
Respond to alerts and take corrective actions.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
Collaborate with other IT teams for problem resolution.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations and procedures.
Create and update troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Office 365.
Strong knowledge of systems security best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
