We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent for our multifamily property. The Leasing Agent plays a crucial role in attracting and retaining residents by effectively marketing and leasing available units, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the property and its amenities. This position requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Tenant Relations:Provide outstanding customer service to prospective tenants, answer inquiries, and schedule property viewings.Property Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, including creating eye-catching property listings and advertising vacancies.Lease Negotiation: Assist in lease negotiations, explain lease terms to tenants, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.Property Showings: Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each unit, and addressing tenant questions and concerns.Tenant Screening: Perform background checks and credit checks on prospective tenants to ensure they meet our rental criteria.Lease Administration: Prepare and execute lease agreements, collect security deposits and rent payments, and maintain accurate records.Maintenance Coordination:Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of tenant maintenance requests.Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends and competition to recommend competitive rental rates and leasing strategies.
Qualifications
:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
