Overview

　　PepsiCo is looking for an SAP Basis Administrator to join our global enterprise solution team and support our SAP applications and infrastructure. As an SAP Basis Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of our SAP systems, working with functional teams, key-users, and other technical teams to provide solutions and troubleshoot issues

　　Responsibilities

　　Support the multiple SAP systems installed in PepsiCo, including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP PO, SAP Portal, SAP BW on HANA, SAP BODS, SAP BI Platform, SAP SLT, SAP Solman, SAP ADS, SAP Fiori, Web Dispatcher, etc.Engage and support the functional teams or key-users when requiredLiaise with other global technical teams such as Linux/Network/Cloud/DBAs as required to achieve a solutionProvide day-to-day support for incidents, EarlyWatch analysis, Root Cause analysis, etc.Engage with Project teams to support any activities related to Sustain (Operational Readiness Testing, Technical Cutover, transport migration...)Perform technical administration tasks such as SAP refreshes, Support Pack upgrades, kernel upgrades, host agent updates, Add-on installations, Printer setup, sFTP configuration, etc.Participate in the monthly maintenance windows, engaging in ramp-down/ramp-up activities and validationsAssist/coordinate hardware repair work for on-premise HANA appliances and OS PatchingImplement TPO recommendations and raise SAP incidents as neededEnsure compliance with change management processes and proceduresAssist in any necessary coordination for backup/recovery and archiving of the SAP systemsIntegrate SAP systems with other internal or external systemsResolve problems during development, rollout, and Production support phasesParticipate in Disaster recovery and High Availability failover activities

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field2-3 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, preferable on HANAExperience in at least four major SAP componentsIn-depth awareness of IT technical infrastructure Good Communication, Facilitation, Coordination, Governance skills.Excellent analytical skills, ITIL Knowledge
