　　[Under the supervision of the Sanitation Supervisor, the employee [performs manual work functions associated with the City's sanitation programs, including collection and disposal of solid waste and recycling materials from residential and commercial establishments, and sorting/baling of recyclable materials at the recycle facility. The employee may drive Department vehicles as a substitute driver. The employee may assist with preparations and setting barricades for City special events. Work i[nvolves semi-routine standardized work with some latitude for independent judgment concerning choices of action.
