We are currently searching for Sample Planning Coordinator.

　　Position Responsibilities:

　　First contact for all sample demands from Design Engineers, Project Managers, Sales engineers

　　Plan sample quantities, shipment, preparation of documentation.

　　Commit delivery date to customer or receiver under the control of the sample supervisor.

　　Create and maintain a contact/ cross-reference list of all involved parties.

　　Use appropriate KPIs to report on the sample delivery status of the projects to Senior Management team and customers

　　Develop and maintain relationship with design engineers, project managers, PMT managers, process engineers and quality engineers.

　　Coordinating sample activities, reviews daily customer demand and validates deviations, also subject to specific customer needs

　　Prepares weekly dashboards by key customer accounts

　　Participate in reviews and workshops as required.

　　Book customer prototype purchase orders in Oracle

　　Supports the testing and implementation of new tools and processes

　　Position Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s degree in technical or business related field

　　Experience in a manufacturing environment and B2B communication experience preferred

　　Experience with ERP planning systems (Oracle knowledge a plus)

　　1 years’ experience in the technical sector.

　　Self-driven , committed to deliver on his/her promises

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

　　Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

　　Ability to develop and present technical reports/presentations across all levels within the business and to customers.

　　Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands

　　Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results

　　Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
