　　BASIC FUNCTIONS :

　　C ollects Petroleum Liquid and Gas samples from SA Refinery and JIGPC Process streams, granulated Sulphur samples from Sulphur Terminal, Water samples from Process units, and Utilities, samples from, intermediate and finished product, samples from vessels tanks, loading lines and other samples as and when required in accordance to established international standard sampling procedures.Drives the Laboratory vehicle to collect and deliver above said samples within the JIGPC, Refinery, off sites and, Sulphur Terminal & Jetties.Follows procedures associated with retention samples. WORK PERFORMED :

　　Performs all types of sampling activities of liquid petroleum products, gas, water, granulated sulphur, and other substances, following established standard sampling techniques and instructions.Collects samples as per Lab. schedules and requests from Process and Utilities units, GFU, storage tanks, and Sulphur terminal loaded using different sampling apparatus according to standard sampling procedures and delivers to assigned Senior Laboratory Technicians.Reports damage if any and malfunctioning of sampling apparatus to the Senior Laboratory Technician for remedial action.Complies with all HSE rules and regulations of the company including safe use of equipment associated with sampling.Removes wastes and spillages in the laboratory sample rooms and maintains work area in a clean and tidy condition.Drives Laboratory vehicles inside the JIGPC, offsite and Jetty areas to collect and deliver samples and to collect materials from the warehouse and other locations within the JIGPC.Collects samples from all JIGPC areas and Saudi ARAMCO Refinery, prepares composites of the said samples, and labels as per Laboratory procedures after making the necessary entries in the logbook.
