  POSITION SUMMARY

  This role will be charged with supporting Area Leadership in coaching, training, and supporting Reliability Operators and embedded Maintenance Technicians to perform their roles within Safety, Quality, and Productivity standards. In this capacity, the role acts as a field leadership position to encourage and embed change to support the Reliability Operations execution model and components therein. This is an hourly position that follows a 8 days on - 6 days off schedule (Thursday through Thursday). This position is not eligible for sponsorship. The work location is Keene, ND.

  ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  The primary areas of focus will include the following:

  Provides on-site contractor coordination (day-to-day)

  Performs second-level response; provides direction to Reliability Operators.

  Contribute to planning and preparation and execute work for all pipeline work activities to include but not limited to; new line installs, leak remediation and repair, DOT line inspections, line abandonment.

  Augment Process Specialist in representing the area in Root Cause Analysis (RCAs)

  Plans and executes safe work permit (LOTO, confined space, hot work, excavation)

  SAP notifications, Technically Complete (TECO) autonomous maintenance activities, invoice review/approval

  Maintains qualifications for DOT regulated line operations.

  Coaching and mentoring of contract and employee staff

  Aligns with engineering (Process, Production) on day-to-day activities.

  Capture activities accurately in systems (SAP)

  QUALIFICATIONS

  Experience/Skills

  Industrial / oilfield experience

  Basic computer skills (Microsoft, SAP)

  Mechanical aptitude

  Oil & Gas Process knowledge

  Pipeline Process knowledge

  Work / project coordination

  Good communication skills

  Knowledge of safety requirements and practices

  Education/Training

  High school diploma or equivalent requiredCore Behavior
