Responsibilities: • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions. Document and validate results with subject matter experts and drive the creation of strong system specifications that enable the development and/or acquisition of appropriate systems to meet business requirements. • Partner with the business stakeholders and the team to breakdown the work and create a plan. Work with the team and execute the plan and escalate any blockers to the leadership team. • Results driven mindset is a must to have who functions independently and engages with other stakeholders and team members as required to deliver. • Build as-is and to-be process design flows, identifying efficiencies and leveraging the capability of digital resources. • Participate in process design meetings and translate outcomes into process documentation. Conduct process walkthroughs and validation with business subject matter experts. Document the key risks, mitigating controls, performance measures, cost drivers and business continuity plans for processes. • Test the software to ensure that the delivery meets the expectations and needs of the business. • Ability to write Python code to help automate some test scripts Mandatory Skills Description: - 7+ years' experience as a BA on IT projects - Good understanding of Capital Markets investments. - Experience in Python in an enterprise environment, covering the whole development life cycle - Experience with WEB solution design ( REST API-based, microservices experience) - Good understanding of Agile framework (SCRUM) - Requirements elicitation techniques: workshopping, document analysis, interviews - Requirements documentation through User Stories and SRS - Calm, agile, positive, proactive but pragmatic mindset - Good communication skills + customer management skills + team playing skills - Good experience with data visualization tools and technical (UML) Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience in the Legal space
