You will make an impact by:
Understanding the business requirements and working with all stakeholders to support business processes in the areas of responsibilitySupporting users on a daily basis through processing ticketsActing as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned agendas, such as Account Management, Data Management, Reporting, etc.Liaising with business owners to enhance the overall quality of the CRM database, including conducting Data Audits, implementing proactive data cleanup, managing duplicate records, and performing mass uploads with Apex Data Loader and other API toolsSupporting the integration of other systems used by the business organization, bridging the gap between IDE and SalesforceManaging and creating reports and dashboardsDeveloping and maintaining documentation for the entire support teamIdentifying areas for improvement in business processes, workflows, and systems
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree (ideally in computer science or related field) and 1 year of work experience Fluent English requiredSalesforce Administrator certificate a big advantageGood understanding and knowledge of enterprise information systems such as ERP, CRM etc., mainly JDE and Salesforce is a plusExperience participating in IT projects, experience with SQL a plusGood communication skills, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment, good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
